Why do I need a web site?
It is like having a company sales brochure which is accessible 24 hours a day and can can be updated quickly as your company grows. It is also surprisingly economical. Can you afford not to have a web site? 

Is it expensive to be on the web? 
No. Compared with press advertising and printing it is extremely good value with minimal ongoing costs. It also works well to complement existing marketing activities. Besides, the amount of energy saved and stress avoided when you divert an enquiry to your website rather than have to deal with sending out information by snail mail.

My friend says he can 'do' websites, why shouldn't I just use him? Will your friend work on your behalf regularly to ensure your site can be found on the web, will the site load quickly and look good. Whenever you have a problem will he/she be there to resolve it?

When and how do I pay ?
We only accept cheque or online payment via PAYPAL. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a paper and email invoice with instructions of how to pay. You only pay half upfront and the rest when the project is complete.

Can my existing site and/or domain name be moved across to this site?
Yes - However, your current designer would have to release the Domain Name and the web pages to ourselves. We would be more than happy to take on the further enhancement to your Webpages. 

How compatible are the WebSites you create?
The Websites we create are very fast loading and compatible with all the major Internet Browsers including IE on Apple Macs

How long will it be before I have my web site up and running?
We do are best to have your site up and running in within 2 weeks to 30 days from when we receive your photos and text.

How can I be sure I like my new Web Site?
After we receive your photos, text, choices and payment we will go ahead and register your chosen Domain name. We will also produce your site and load it onto our virtual server. We will then contact you and ask for you to proof read it within 7 days and let us know that you are happy. We will at this stage allow for a few changes and if necessary change the site to a completely new theme. We want you to be happy.

What happens if my chosen Domain name is not available?
After we receive your order we will attempt to register your chosen domain name. If it is unavailable we will search for other suitable names and forward these for you to choose. We will work with you until we locate a name you are happy with.

How will the world know my web site exists?
After you have approved the site we will submit its existence to the main Search engine sites. These are the indexes to the internet. It takes anything from 48 hours to 6 weeks for them to index the site. We submit to Altavista, Altavista UK, Infoseek, Google, Excite, Lycos, NorthernLight and HotBot. Don't forget to inform any catalogue sites you have already subscribed to, of the address of your new web site. They will normally add a direct link. Also have it added to all your stationary etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Having received the requirements from the Customer, either verbal, written or by email, BHAVANI.INFO Web Design will produce a quotation detailing the design work to be carried out. The Customer must provide a confirmation by signing out terms and conditions to confirm that the quotation is acceptable. The quotation will effectively form the basis of these terms and conditions. 

Domain & Hosting
All domain names and hosting are registered in the Customer’s name and not that of BHAVANI.INFO Web Design. Hosting will be with a reputed host provider, Alentus, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Design
BHAVANI.INFO Web Design will produce and publish temporarily on their Web Site a design proof for the Customer's approval. After receiving written confirmation that the design proof is satisfactory, BHAVANI.INFO Web Design will then complete the design and build of the Customer's Web Site. 

Payment
Payment for design services must be made as follows: 50% with order, plus 50% once published on the web. Design modifications will be free for 3-months after the design is completed.  

Maintenance
After the 3 month free maintenance period the Customer may expect to receive basic technical support by email only OR telephone where absolutely necessary. Any Changes or modifications required to the site whether requested by the Customer or as a result of corrections needed, the Company reserves the right to charge for these changes.

Errors 
Any errors in the site due to work carried out under this agreement will be corrected immediately, except where the errors were due to wrong customer specifications..

Cancellation
A customer may terminate their service at any time by written request. Should the Customer wish to cancel once BHAVANI.INFO Web Design has started the project, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. However, if the contract is terminated within 7 days, prior to commencement of work then the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund.
